At ZWELZ, we value your trust and want you to feel completely confident with every purchase you make.
That’s why we offer a 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy — simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied with your jewellery, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoice intact.
Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact our Customer Support Team at support@zwelz.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days.
Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and help arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
Once the returned product passes our quality check, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 working days.
Note
Refunds are provided only as store credits or product exchange, not as cash refunds.
ZWELZ reserves the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
