At ZWELZ, we value your trust and want you to feel completely confident with every purchase you make.
That’s why we offer a 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy — simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied with your jewellery, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoice intact.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@zwelz.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and help arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

  3. Once the returned product passes our quality check, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are provided only as store credits or product exchange, not as cash refunds.

  • ZWELZ reserves the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
